WIP - Honeymoon!

honeymoon1
A new WIP - the Honeymoon Cami from knitty. I'm making it in a sage-green linen yarn I bought off E-Bay. It's from Cherry Tree Hill yarns, but they don't sell the linen on their web store. Anyway, I'm up to starting the V-neck and V-back shaping in the picture. Now I've actually finished the right front or back (I forget which). Hopefully some pictures soon of the finished tank!

p.s. cicada pictures on the other blog!

That looks great! I just finished my first knitted muffatee and it does look alright, if I do say so myself! It has a cuff at the top and bottom with the stitch where you knit on both sides (can't remember what that's called!) and the middle part is stocking stitch (is that right? Knitted on one side and purled on the other? Boy, do I have a lot to learn, hunh?) :)

I didn't get any crafty thing done this weekend but I did go see the little white doggies and the Quilt brought in $105.22 for the auction! Does that count???

That looks great. I was just thinking of trying knitting w/linen. I've never done that before!
